Regarding the idea of making crispy momos, Vinay said that he got the recipe idea by watching YouTube. After which he started selling it at his stall. So that customers can enjoy delicious momos of new flavors. Regarding the recipe of making crispy momos, Vinay said that first of all the gram flour solution is prepared by adding food color. Then the half fried momos are dipped in gram flour and dipped well in crispy and corn flakes powder and fried again in hot oil. It is served to the customer with green and red chutney and mayonnaise.

Seller Vinay said that he sells 50 to 70 plates of crispy momos every day and his shop operates from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Aniket, a customer who came to the shop to eat crispy momos, said that he liked the crispy momos very much and its flavour is also very good.
